Job summary

Ingersoll Rand is seeking a Sales Manager to drive revenue growth in data center cooling and chiller solutions across US and Canada. You will identify, develop, and manage relationships with hyperscale, colocation, enterprise, and edge data center customers, while engaging influencers such as consulting engineers and design firms.

Qualifications

High School Diploma required.
3+ years of sales experience in HVAC, cooling systems, chillers, data center infrastructure, or mission-critical environments.
Experience with hyperscale, colocation, cloud service providers, or enterprise data center customers is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic sales plans for data center cooling solutions.
Build executive relationships with facility managers, engineering teams, and procurement leaders.
Lead the sales process from opportunity to contract handover.
Collaborate with product management and engineering to propose solutions.
Travel up to 40-60% to support meetings and events.
