Job summary

MINTH Group in San Francisco, CA is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive business development for our data center thermal and cooling systems. Based in the Bay Area, you will build strong relationships with key customers in advanced manufacturing and emerging technology sectors.

This role requires a minimum of 10 years of experience, including 5 years in data center sales, fluent English, and a willingness to travel frequently (2–3 trips to China annually).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Electronics or related fields.
• Minimum 10 years of experience with at least 5 years in data center sales.
• Fluent English (verbal and written business communications).
• Strong data center knowledge with proven business development and negotiation skills.
• Target-oriented, cross-cultural teamwork, and high travel frequency capability.

Responsibilities

• Fully drive U.S. market development, especially Bay Area, building key client relationships.
• Develop regional sales strategies and manage the full sales cycle including negotiations and contracts.
• Collaborate with internal teams and participate in industry events to expand partnerships.
