Salary: $100,000

Responsibilities

• Own and drive new revenue generation
• Manage and close complex deals
• Work alongside a small team of sellers, with the opportunity to expand the team over time
• Contribute to building structure, process, and discipline within the sales function
• Act as a key partner to leadership as the organization scales
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline
• Navigating both shorter‑cycle transactions and larger, multi‑month projects
• Helping establish repeatable sales processes in a lean environment

• Proven success in B2B new business development
