Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or equivalent; graduate business degree preferred.
• Over 10 years of experience in the specified industry.
• Minimum 5 years in sales leadership within the industry.
• Excellent communication with senior customers and internal teams.
• Experience in international sales and business development is mandatory.
• Willingness to travel frequently, passport valid, readiness for 70% travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead Growth Initiative for TEI's strategic plan and drive growth.
• Analyze markets, conduct market research, and develop strategies and plans.
• Help establish Data Center sales bookings targets during planning and budgeting.
• Pre-qualify, analyze, and forecast key international and domestic opportunities.
• Directly manage client accounts and develop proposals in response to RFPs.
• Collaborate with proposal management to formulate sales strategies and close deals.
