Job summary

NES Fircroft is seeking a Principal Recruitment Consultant to lead growth in Data Center and Power Infrastructure recruitment from our new Austin office. You will secure strategic accounts, deliver high‑value solutions, and mentor teams while collaborating with global NES Fircroft colleagues to expand capability.

You will drive cross‑regional business development, engage senior executives, and shape the ongoing expansion of our infrastructure market presence with a focus on North America.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruitment experience in Engineering, Infrastructure, Power, Energy, Data Centers, T&D, Utilities or similar technical fields.
• Proven success in winning and growing strategic client accounts.
• Strong understanding of Data Center development, Power Infrastructure, Utilities, EPC, Construction or mission-critical markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead market development for Data Center and T&D recruitment across North America.
• Secure strategic accounts including EPCs, utilities and engineering consultancies.
• Deliver high-value recruitment solutions for complex assignments.
• Develop long-term partnerships with senior executives and project stakeholders.
• Mentor recruitment teams and share best practices.
• Drive revenue growth and profitability while exceeding targets.
• Conduct market mapping and intelligence to identify pipelines and opportunities.
• Lead contract negotiations and workforce solutions proposals.
• Collaborate with NES Fircroft teams across regions to maximize penetration.
• Represent NES Fircroft at industry events and client meetings.
