NES Fircroft is seeking a Managing Consultant to lead the Power Generation recruitment business across the United States. This hands-on leadership role combines delivery, business development, and team performance in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.

You will recruit contract technical professionals, guide the team to achieve KPIs and budgets, pursue new client opportunities, and provide coaching and performance reviews.

Qualifications

• Industry Experience – 7+ years of experience in contract recruitment.
• Commercial Acumen – Success in business development, account growth, and contract negotiation, with budgeting and P&L exposure.
• Leadership Capability – Ability to lead, develop, and motivate teams in a growth market.
• Organizational Strength – Smart, methodical, and highly organized, with multitasking ability.
• Confident Communicator – Articulate with strong written and verbal presentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead the recruitment of contract technical professionals within Power Generation with first-class delivery.
• Supervise the team to meet KPIs, desk plans, and budget targets through forecasting cycles.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and new clients via market research and networking.
• Support the Senior Manager and Director by monitoring performance and reporting results.
• Conduct monthly performance reviews focusing on results and development plans.
• Address recruitment, onboarding, and contractor issues promptly and professionally.
• Proactively manage risks related to service levels, assignment conditions, and regulatory changes.
• Prepare clear business cases to support CAPEX and non-budgeted investments.
• Stay ahead of Power Generation market trends to inform strategy.
