Qualifications

• 4+ years of agency IT recruitment experience.
• Proven experience recruiting technical IT roles.
• Confident, engaging communicator with client and candidate interactions.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Recruitment: recruit, interview, evaluate, and place IT professionals on contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent assignments.
• IT Talent Sourcing: develop strategies to attract top IT candidates across software, infrastructure, cloud, security, data, and digital tech.
• Candidate Assessment: conduct phone and virtual interviews to assess technical capability and cultural fit.
• Pipeline Development: build and maintain a strong IT talent pipeline through long-term relationships.
• Candidate Care: provide ongoing communication and market insights throughout the process.
• Contractor Engagement: maintain contact with active contractors and placed candidates for referrals.
• Client Management: manage new and existing accounts, including visits and service delivery.
• Compliance & Quality: ensure adherence to company standards and in-country regulations.
• Business Development: drive new business through referrals and outreach.
• Strategic Partnerships: build long-term client relationships via consultative engagement.
• Desk Ownership: manage multiple orders and candidates across a balanced portfolio.
• Team Contribution: support knowledge-sharing and coaching.
