Job summary

Vantage is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to drive core project coordination for multiple data center construction efforts in Port Washington, Wisconsin. The role includes submittal/RFI workflow management, change orders, design coordination, and closeout activities, collaborating with Sales, Operations, Development, and Engineering teams.

The candidate should have a BS in construction-related fields and 3+ years of project engineering experience, with data center and CSA/MEP experience

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or equivalent.
3+ years as a Project Engineer in supervising construction projects of increasing complexity.
Data Center experience preferred; CSA and MEP construction management experience is a strong preference.

Responsibilities

Manage submittal/RFI workflows, change orders and design coordination.
Coordinate internal alignment on project documents, cost optimization, and design modifications.
Oversee equipment release, delivery, deficiencies, startup and commissioning.
Ensure project quality controls, safety programs, and document control compliance.
Assist in monthly financial updates and review of pay applications.
