Job summary

Vantage Data Centers in Shackelford County, TX is seeking a Senior Project Engineer of Construction to manage multiple project scopes on site. You will drive coordination across teams, handle submittals, RFIs, change orders, and commissioning activities while aligning with safety and quality standards.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in project engineering for complex construction, with 5 years preferred, and data center experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience as a project engineer in assisting or supervising complex construction projects.
• 5 years of experience preferred; CSA/MEP construction management is a requirement.
• Data Center experience is preferred; strong knowledge of building codes/regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead project administration: RFIs, submittals, and design documentation for assigned scopes.
• Manage project schedule, budget reporting, and cost forecasting with stakeholders.
• Lead startup, commissioning activities and CxAlloy administration for milestones.
• Coordinate with design-build teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders for scope execution.
• Support QA/QC, procurement tracking, and progress billing with internal controls.
