Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• 5 years of project controls management experience.
• 5-10 years preferred; strong cost and scheduling skills.
• Experience with cost estimation, budgeting and control.

Responsibilities

• Develop initial project forecast and cashflow.
• Manage Change Orders and payment applications.
• Oversee general contractor and design consultants during construction.
• Monitor project risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Reconcile forecasted final costs with actual costs.
• Prepare cost and schedule reports for weekly/monthly reviews.
• Attend project meetings and document decisions.
