Responsibilities

• Lead the development, implementation, and governance of the overall project controls strategy.
• Establish and maintain robust project controls processes across schedule, cost, risk, change, progress, and reporting.
• Ensure project controls systems and processes are aligned with client objectives, project requirements, and contractual obligations.
• Develop and maintain project controls baselines and performance measurement frameworks.
• Provide senior oversight of project performance throughout design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover.
• Identify trends, variances, and emerging issues and drive appropriate corrective actions.
