Job summary

GagaMuller is seeking a Senior Design Manager to lead the design delivery for hyperscale data centre developments in the United States. You will oversee Mechanical, Electrical, CSA, Architectural, and Structural design, coordinating with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure compliant, buildable, and value-driven outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
• Professional accreditation (PE/CEng) advantageous.
• Strong multi-disciplinary design management experience in mission-critical environments.
• Advanced BIM workflows and digital design coordination knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the overall design strategy across MEP, CSA, Architectural, Structural, and specialist disciplines.
• Direct multidisciplinary design from concept through construction and handover.
• Review consultant deliverables for compliance with client requirements and standards.
• Coordinate with BIM managers for clash-free, information-rich models.
