Metric Geo is seeking a seasoned Project Controls Lead to own scheduling and delivery planning for a portfolio of GW-scale data center developments. The role requires coordinating across design, permitting, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities to maintain aggressive delivery targets.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in construction with a strong background in project controls, CPM scheduling, and risk management.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction experience with project controls and scheduling.
• Experience delivering large-scale, technically complex projects (data centers or infrastructure).
• Strong CPM scheduling, forecasting, risk management, and change control knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional Project Controls and Scheduling teams.
• Own master and baseline schedules across multiple projects.
• Integrate design, permitting, procurement, construction, and turnover schedules.
