Job summary

Accenture Construct in the United States seeks a senior leader to own end-to-end capital program delivery for data centers, grids and critical infrastructure. You will originate, shape engagements, build teams, and drive client outcomes with commercial accountability.

You’ll partner with cross-functional experts across advisory, program management and delivery, managing multi-year engagements and scaling regional capabilities into a global delivery platform.

Qualifications

• 10+ years on large-scale capital projects in data centers or mission-critical sectors.
• 5+ years selling professional services or consulting with personally won revenue.
• 5+ years accountable for delivery of capital programme engagements and outcomes.
• 5+ years working with data center owners, operators or developers in region/market.
• 3+ years building and leading teams, including hiring senior practitioners.

Responsibilities

• Open doors from day one and convert relationships into a qualified pipeline within two quarters.
• Originate and close work end-to-end, signing multi-year advisory engagements.
• Shape the solution and commercial model, including team structure and pricing.
• Build the delivery team behind the win, scaling capability locally and globally.
• Own delivery of what you sell and govern client outcomes and commercial performance.
