Job summary

Accenture Construct is seeking a senior project leader to guide data center construction programs from early strategy to handover. You will serve as the primary client contact, lead meetings, and ensure alignment of design, scope, and execution.

You will manage budgets, forecasts, and risk, review subcontractor contracts, and mentor cross-functional teams across engineering, procurement, and field operations. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in project management in data center or critical environment.
• Experience managing full project lifecycle delivery.
• Experience with complex MEP systems and critical infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders on data center construction projects.
• Build and maintain relationships with hyperscale, colocation, and enterprise data center clients.
• Lead client meetings, reporting, and overall communication strategy across project lifecycles.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost control processes for complex data center builds.
• Review and approve subcontractor contracts, change orders, and pay applications.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks to ensure strong commercial performance.
• Support estimating, procurement, and bid strategy for data center construction opportunities.
• Lead constructability reviews and value engineering initiatives for mission-critical environments.
• Ensure alignment between design, scope, and execution strategy for data center delivery.
• Oversee project schedules, identify delivery risks, and drive accountability across internal teams and subcontractors.
