Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in construction project controls.

Responsibilities

• Track budgets, forecasts, invoices, accruals and identify project risks.
• Standardize cost, schedule and risk tracking processes.
• Prepare concise financial and risk updates for teams and leadership.
• Review contractor agreements and flag budget gaps.
• Coordinate with scheduling and delivery teams to resolve issues.
• Support variance reports and cash-flow forecasts.
• Link cost and schedule data for integrated reporting.
