Job summary

Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects is seeking a seasoned project manager to act as the primary contact for clients on data center construction projects. You’ll build relationships with hyperscale, colocation, and enterprise data center clients and lead meetings, reporting, and communications across project lifecycles.

You will manage budgets, forecasts, and cost control, review subcontractor contracts, and mitigate financial risks while supporting estimating, procurement, and bid

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Business, Project Management, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in project management, within a data center or critical environment
• Experience managing full project lifecycle delivery
• Experience working with complex MEP systems and critical infrastructure

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and key stakeholders across data center construction projects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hyperscale, colocation, and enterprise data center clients.
• Lead client meetings, reporting, and overall communication strategy throughout project lifecycles.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost control processes for complex data center builds.
• Review and approve subcontractor contracts, change orders, and pay applications.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks to ensure strong commercial performance.
• Support estimating, procurement, and bid strategy for data center construction opportunities.
• Lead constructability reviews and value engineering initiatives specific to mission‑critical environments.
• Ensure alignment between design, scope, and execution strategy for data center delivery.
• Oversee project schedules, identify delivery risks, and drive accountability across internal teams and subcontractors.
• Flexible: The work location for this role will include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office or center.
• With all our roles, there is some in‑person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities.
