Job summary

Albireo Energy, LLC seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead complex electrical and building solutions projects. You will manage timelines, budgets, procurement, and client relations to ensure successful delivery and positive financial outcomes.

The role requires 8–10 years of PM experience in building systems, with strong leadership and communication skills. Travel to active sites in the Baltimore region may be necessary, with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field is required.
• 8-10 years of project management experience, preferably in building solutions such as HVAC Controls, Building Management Systems (BMS), Fire Alarm, or Access Control.
• Solid understanding of building systems and proficiency with project management tools and MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage project coordination, including contract review, procurement, scheduling, and resource allocation to deliver on time and within budget.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and act as main point of contact for subcontractors and clients.
• Monitor milestones and ensure proper documentation and timely reporting to stakeholders.
• Oversee subcontractor performance, negotiate contracts, and manage change orders and schedules.
• Provide ongoing support to subcontractors, ensuring safety, quality, and alignment with project objectives.
• Maintain financial alignment with budgets through cost tracking, revenue recognition, and forecasting.
• Prepare detailed project status reports and ensure documentation is organized and accessible.
• Lead risk and issue management, with mitigation strategies and escalation as needed.
• Coordinate startup, installation, commissioning, and handover activities, including final turnover documentation.
