Job summary

Albireo Energy, LLC in Sterling, VA is seeking an experienced Operations leader to oversee Building Automation project delivery. The role reports to Operations Manager and leads PMs and APMs across Data Center sites in Northern Virginia.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of BAS project management, strong leadership, and familiarity with Automated Logic; offers competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field preferred or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years managing Building Automation construction projects.
• 3–5 years supervisory experience leading direct reports.
• Familiarity with Automated Logic BAS; strong BAS understanding.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and document control.
• Experience in Higher Education, Healthcare, or federal government.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Dynamics/AX, and CRM.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction of BAS projects at Data Center sites in Northern Virginia.
• Mentor and train project managers; manage performance and development.
• Forecast and track project revenues; assist in project estimates.
• Ensure resources are identified and aligned; maintain safety/quality standards.
• Drive business development and client satisfaction through technical capability.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain SOPs; drive process improvements.
