Job summary

Albireo Energy, LLC is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex building solutions projects in the Sterling area, supporting Ft. Meade and the Baltimore region. You will oversee timelines, budgets, and resources while coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure high-quality outcomes.

The role emphasizes contract review, procurement, reporting, and change-order management, with a focus on safety, compliance, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 4+ years in project coordination/management preferred.
• Strong knowledge of building systems and project controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise project coordination, procurement, scheduling, and resource allocation to deliver on time and within budget.
• Serve as primary contact for clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Prepare detailed project status reports and ensure proper documentation and traceability.
• Identify, estimate, and pursue change orders; oversee their integration into budgets and schedules.
• Coordinate startup, installation, commissioning, and turnover documentation; ensure QA and safety compliance.
• Monitor risks, issues, and safety, escalating as needed and implementing mitigation actions.
• Maintain project records (RFIs, submittals, contracts, subcontracts) and ensure access for stakeholders.
