Job summary

JLL seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex, high-value data-center infrastructure programs in the United States. The role requires managing cost, schedule, scope, procurement, and client outcomes, while directing PMs, APMs, and coordinators and serving as the primary client contact on engagements.

Responsibilities include guiding pre-design efforts, ROM estimates, and safety/compliance oversight, with heavy emphasis on governance, reporting, and risk management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related technical field.
• 8+ years of construction project management experience in data center, industrial, or other mission-critical environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead full project delivery on the program's complex, high-value engagements, owning all performance outcomes across cost, schedule, scope, and client satisfaction.
• Provide guidance and direction to PMs, APMs and Project Coordinators assigned to support their projects, maintaining delivery standards and documentation integrity.
• Oversee procurement, vendor qualification, negotiation, and contracting under NTE/GMP arrangements, coordinating electrical, mechanical, and other trades.
