Job summary

JLL is seeking a VP, Program Manager to lead the PMO for a large data center campus, directing complex, mission-critical projects with 24/7 uptime requirements. You will drive governance, schedules, budgets, and vendor coordination while interfacing with clients and senior leadership.

The role requires extensive data center infrastructure knowledge, strong leadership, and the ability to manage multi-project portfolios with high accountability. Remote work options are part of the scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field.
• 12+ years of program/project management experience with data center or mission-critical facilities.
• Proven experience leading PMO operations for large-scale capital programs ($100M+ portfolios).

Responsibilities

• Lead daily PMO operations for the data center campus with multiple concurrent projects.
• Establish and maintain PMO frameworks, governance, and reporting cadences.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, design teams, and vendors for seamless delivery.
• Manage master program schedules, interdependencies, and resources across the portfolio.
• Oversee commissioning, testing, and operational handover for facilities.
