You will direct managers responsible for mission-critical infrastructure, manage network systems, servers, and facilities, ensuring high availability across multiple regional centers. The ideal candidate brings senior leadership experience in large-scale data centers, deep IT infrastructure knowledge, and a track record of operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 7+ years management experience in operations, critical infrastructure, manufacturing, production, or distribution environments.
• 3+ years of LEAN/6 Sigma methodology (DMAIC/DVADV, 5 Whys, Root Cause analysis).
• 3+ years of experience working with networks and IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Data Center Managers and 100–150 hourly associates across regional DCs.
• Drive safety, security, availability, scaling, and efficiency in data center operations.
• Plan strategically, forecast, evaluate performance, reward, and discipline staff.
