Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Data Center Operations or similar roles.
• Current, active US Government Security Clearance of TS/SCI with Polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Data Center Technicians and hourly staff across data centers.
• Oversee safety, security, availability, quality, and performance of the team.
• Manage team performance, conduct reviews, and address staffing needs.
• Carry out supervisory responsibilities per policies and procedures.
• Mentor and develop direct reports and team members.
• Foster learning and development, including soft skills growth.
• Coordinate support for change management with electrical and mechanical teams.
• Develop and share best practices across the region and globally.
