Job summary

Amazon is seeking an accomplished Data Center Operations (DCO) Cluster Manager to lead a large organization within regional data centers. You will supervise managers and hundreds of hourly staff, driving safety, availability, and efficiency while aligning with Amazon’s customer-centric goals.

The role requires strategic thinking, strong people leadership, and the ability to mentor teams across global operations.

Qualifications

• Requires proven leadership and management experience at senior levels.
• Extensive understanding of data center IT infrastructure and AWS integration.
• Ability to think strategically while leading large teams and rolling up sleeves when needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of Data Center Managers and 75–150 hourly associates within Regional Data Centers.
• Achieve organizational performance goals in safety, security, availability, scaling and efficiency.
• Plan, forecast, and appraise performance; manage staffing and development.
• Drive continuous improvement of operational processes, procedures, methods and tools.
