Job summary

Amazon is seeking a strategic senior leader to oversee data center operations as the DCEO Cluster Manager. This role directs a large organization, providing oversight to Area Managers and Facility Managers to ensure operational excellence across multiple data center locations.

The successful candidate will manage a broad mechanical, electrical, and controls portfolio, drive uptime, mentor teams, and collaborate with global engineering operations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years management experience in an operations, critical infrastructure, manufacturing, production, or distribution environment.
• 3+ years' experience implementing LEAN/6 Sigma methodology (continuous improvement, DMAIC/DVADV, 5 Whys, Root Cause analysis).
• 3+ Years of experience with cabling infrastructure in a data center environment.

Responsibilities

• Hire and develop the operations management team across data center facilities.
• Establish performance benchmarks and prepare reports on facility operations and maintenance.
• Oversee 24x7 shift technicians, sub-contractors, and vendors per established practices.
