Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Experience hiring, developing, and managing high‑performing technical teams.
• 10+ years of mission critical facilities experience.
• 5+ years of managing managers.
• In‑depth knowledge of data center facilities including generators, chillers, cooling towers, AHUs, UPS, sub distribution, fire detection/suppression, cable reticulation.

Responsibilities

• Hire, manage, and develop the operations management team including facility managers, area managers, chief engineers, and facility technicians.
• Establish performance benchmarks, analyses, and reporting on critical facility operations and maintenance.
• Oversee on-site 24x7 shift technicians, senior shift technicians, subcontractors and vendors, per established practices.
