Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years management experience in an operations, critical infrastructure, manufacturing, production, or distribution environment.
• Experience with facility operations, maintenance, and data center infrastructure.
• Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Hire, manage, and develop the operations management team including facility managers and area managers.
• Establish performance benchmarks, analyses, and reporting for critical facility operations and maintenance.
• Oversee on-site 24x7 shift technicians, sub-contractors, and vendors to ensure adherence to practices and procedures.
• Drive energy efficiency initiatives and capacity planning across data center clusters.
