Role requires 10+ years in data centers, strong leadership, and expertise in vendor management and strategic planning. On-site positions in Minnesota with global impact and opportunities to influence

Qualifications

• Directly supervise the Regional Facility Managers and CE Program Teams.
• 10+ years work experience in data centers with leadership responsibilities.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedures.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for leadership groups, tenants, or employees.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and cost control for data center operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operations and performance of data centers, driving efficiency, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
• Provide leadership to a team of Facility Managers across multiple sites and ensure resource planning.
• Align operational strategies with business objectives and industry best practices.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure SLAs, contracts, and services meet terms.
• Drive continuous improvement and implement standardized processes and automation where applicable.
• Monitor KPIs, budgets, and financial performance of data center operations.
