Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) seeks a VP of Project Management for Data Centers to lead the delivery of complex data center programs, guiding cross-functional teams and ensuring on-time, on-budget results.

This senior role blends hands-on execution with team leadership and staff development, with up to 80% onsite work and travel. A 10+ year PM background in data center construction and PMP/PE certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience in CM/Engineering/Architecture or related field.
• 10+ years progressive PM experience in data center construction with large-scale programs and teams.
• Experience leading large-scale ($50M+) projects with demanding schedules and mission-critical MEP infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex data center projects with accountability for scope, schedule, budget, quality and client satisfaction.
• Coordinate planning, procurement, financial oversight, and contract administration across delivery models.
• Mentor project staff and develop teams to maintain delivery standards and capabilities.
