Qualifications

• 5+ years of management experience.
• 4+ years of vendor management in construction projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• Knowledge of the electrical and mechanical systems involved in critical data center operations
• Experience hiring, developing, and managing high‑performing technical teams

Responsibilities

• Oversee data center's critical infrastructure to high quality and without impact to customers
• Manage the performance of 24x7 engineering technicians and facility managers
• Engage in improvement projects and drive them from conception to completion
• Ensure staffing is maintained and grow with expansions
• Coordinate daily with third party vendors ensuring adherence to SLAs
• Effectively manage the operations budget and expenditures
• Oversight of multiple facilities within a single AWS Region
