Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking a Senior Facilities Engineer to lead critical systems management in a high‑performance data center. You will oversee HVAC, electrical, and plumbing, implement MOP processes, optimize cooling, and drive reliability while coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders.

Require 5+ years of technical leadership in building engineering, EPA 608, and data center experience; strong safety focus and familiarity with ASHRAE/ISO.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical leadership in building engineering, with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and production equipment repair.
• Experience in Data Centers/Raised Floor Environment.
• EPA 608 Certification required.
• CRAC (Liebert) maintenance and repair experience.
• Licenses as required by jurisdiction.
• 2 years of trades school or documented apprenticeship.

Responsabilités

• Oversee HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems specific to data center operations.
• Implement and maintain MOP processes and procedure adherence.
• Conduct performance analyses of facility mechanical and electrical systems.
• Design and implement cooling solutions for high-density servers.
• Lead preventive maintenance and root cause analyses.
• Collaborate with vendors and executives to optimize system performance.
• Mentor and guide a team of facility technicians and engineers.
• Manage complex data center infrastructure projects and expansions.
