Job summary

Google is seeking a Strategic Negotiator to lead pre-construction development on owned sites, taking ownership of land-use entitlements and coordinating off-site infrastructure to ensure on-schedule, on-budget site operation. You will work with cross-functional teams and local jurisdictions to drive long-term success for data center projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience leading negotiations or business development.

Responsibilities

Negotiate utility infrastructure and extension agreements with providers and AHJs.
Support civil, utility, and building construction programs by ensuring campuses are development ready and aligned with schedules.
Serve as the lead liaison with local and national utility providers for supply strategy.
Manage all development activities to meet required infrastructure delivery schedules.
