Job summary

Google’s Data Centers Land Development team seeks a Land Development Manager III to drive pre-construction on owned sites, secure entitlements, and coordinate off-site infrastructure to meet schedules and budgets. YouWill partner with legal, civil, utility, and engineering teams, lead negotiations with providers and authorities, and ensure scalable, cost-effective solutions across multiple campuses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Real Estate, or related field.
• 6 years of experience leading negotiations on land entitlements and infrastructure agreements on projects using a combination of internal and external resources.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate utility infrastructure and extension agreements (water, wastewater, gas, power, roads) with providers and AHJs.
• Coordinate zoning, entitlements, easement actions, environmental mitigations, permitting, and grid or traffic impact studies.
• Serve as the lead liaison with local and national utility providers for supply strategy and negotiate with internal teams and external partners.
• Manage development activities to meet or exceed infrastructure delivery schedules as determined by capacity planning teams.
