Job summary

Google LLC in Sunnyvale, CA seeks a Land Development Manager II to lead pre-construction development and entitlements for data centers. You will own land-use entitlements, finalize provider agreements, and coordinate off-site infrastructure to keep projects on time and within budget.

You\'ll build vital relationships with local jurisdictions, utility partners, and engineering teams to enable scalable, long-term operations across owned sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Real Estate or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4 years leading negotiations on land entitlements and infrastructure agreements.
• Experience with data center or mission-critical facilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-construction development on owned sites and obtain land-use entitlements.
• Finalize provider agreements and coordinate off-site infrastructure.
• Ensure sites operate on schedule, within budget, at full capacity.
• Cultivate relationships with local jurisdictions and utility partners.
• Coordinate with engineering teams to drive long-term operational success.
