Job summary

Giga Energy seeks a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead a major data center project end-to-end, from feasibility to energization. You’ll coordinate engineers, A&E consultants, GC, subcontractors, AHJs, and utilities, while building playbooks and mentoring other PMs.

You will own schedules, drive permitting, and oversee handoff to construction, with a focus on scalable governance and continuous improvement across projects.

Qualifications

• Ability to read P&IDs, one-lines, architectural floor plans, and structural drawings.
• Experience managing external A&E consultants: SOW writing, RFPs, change orders, deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrated project schedule from site feasibility through IFC and construction close-out.
• Lead design coordination across MEP, structural, architectural, and specialty disciplines.
• Manage Plan of Record governance and ensure deviations are controlled.
• Own RFI and Submittal process through construction; maintain design intent through energization.
• Mentor and develop Project Managers within the program.
