Zusammenfassung

Giga Energy Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to own large data center projects end-to-end, including feasibility, design, permitting, and energization. You’ll lead engineers, A&E, GC, and vendors, driving schedule, budget, and design intent with autonomy.

You will mentor PMs, develop playbooks, and build a scalable project-management function while coordinating with cross-functional teams across active sites in the US.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.
• 5–8 years PM experience in data centers, high-tech manufacturing, or industrial construction.
• Ability to read P&IDs, one-lines, floor plans, and structural drawings.
• Experience managing external A&E consultants and SOW/RFP processes.
• Knowledge of entitlement and permitting lifecycle across jurisdictions.

Aufgaben

• Own the integrated project schedule from site feasibility through close-out.
• Lead design coordination across disciplines and manage weekly cadence.
• Govern Plan of Record and maintain design intent from IFC to energization.
• Write and own SOWs for external A&E firms; manage RFPs and changes.
• Drive permitting, regulatory risk, and cross-functional stakeholder alignment.
• Mentor and develop PMs within the program.
