Job summary

Giga Energy seeks a Technical Project Manager to own the day‑to‑day execution of data center projects from design kickoff through close‑out. You’ll track submittals, chase RFIs, coordinate A&E vendors, and reflect reality in the schedule, reporting to a Technical Program Manager.

This in‑office role is based at GigaEnergy HQ with regular travel to US sites; a background in architecture, engineering, or construction management and 3–5 years of PM/design coordination experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.
• 3–5 years of experience in project management or design coordination within data centers, high‑tech manufacturing, or industrial construction.
• Able to read and interpret construction drawings, architectural floor plans, one‑lines, and mechanical schematics.
• Proficiency in MS Project or Smartsheet, Bluebeam Revu, and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC / Build).
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple open loops.

Responsibilities

• Design Execution: track design deliverables, manage project schedule, and surface clashes across disciplines.
• Vendor & Contractor Coordination: monitor external consultants, review submittals, and align with GC and subs.
• Permitting & Regulatory: support permitting, track submittals, and interface with AHJ and utilities.
• Reporting & Governance: prepare status updates, risk flags, action logs, and governance cadence participation.
