Job summary

Giga Energy Inc. is seeking a Technical Project Manager to own the day-to-day execution of data center projects from design kickoff through construction close-out. You’ll track submittals, chase RFIs, coordinate A&E vendors, and keep the schedule honest.

This in-office role is based at GigaEnergy HQ with regular travel to active sites across the US. The ideal candidate has PM experience in data centers or high-tech construction and is proficient with MS Project, Smartsheet, Bluebeam Revu, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.
• 3–5 years of PM or design coordination experience in data centers, high-tech manufacturing, or industrial construction.
• Able to read and interpret construction drawings, floor plans, one-lines, and mechanical schematics.
• Proficient in MS Project or Smartsheet, Bluebeam Revu, and ACC/Build.

Responsibilities

• Track and manage design deliverables from feasibility through IFC; maintain project schedule.
• Coordinate across MEP, structural, and architectural disciplines to surface clashes early.
• Manage RFIs and submittal logs; ensure design intent through energization.
• Maintain drawing registers, logs, and version control in ACC per SOP.
• Manage day-to-day performance of external consultants and track deliverables.
• Coordinate with GC and subs on schedule, procurement, and site readiness milestones.
• Support SOW and RFP processes for A&E and vendors under TPM direction.
• Assist permitting; track submittals and AHJ responses; maintain permit log at jurisdictions.
• Prepare weekly status updates, schedule health, risks, and milestones; governance support.
