Job summary

Cumming Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale data center and critical infrastructure construction projects from planning through commissioning and turnover. You will manage scope, budgets, schedules, risk, quality, procurement, and stakeholder communications to ensure successful delivery.

The role requires 7+ years of data center or large-scale construction experience, strong leadership and problem-solving skills, and a background in MEP systems and project controls.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience managing data center, mission-critical, or large-scale construction projects.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems, project controls, budgeting, scheduling, QA/QC, commissioning, and contractor management.
• Ability to interpret engineering and construction documents and manage complex technical projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of project delivery, including planning, construction, commissioning, startup, and closeout.
• Develop and manage project scope, schedules, budgets, cash flow, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate activities among clients, engineering teams, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, QA/QC, and commissioning teams.
