Job summary

Insight Global seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead the EPC delivery of hyperscale data center projects for a leading energy company across the United States. You will own the full lifecycle from mobilization through commissioning and handover, with accountability for safety, cost, schedule, quality, and team performance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management delivering large-scale construction, EPC, mission-critical, or data center projects.
• 2-3 years of data center project experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Proficiency with P6 and ability to read schedules.
• Experience with cost control, forecasting, budgeting, and margin protection.
• Strong leadership and communication for large multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience managing project risk and client-facing communications.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle delivery from mobilization to turnover and client handover.
• Ensure safety, cost, schedule, quality targets across projects.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams across construction, controls, contracts, supply chain, logistics, HSE, and technical functions.
• Serve as primary client and program leadership contact.
• Oversee design changes and change orders with clients.
• Oversee tool, equipment, and electrical installations.
