Job summary

First National Bank of Omaha is seeking a Facility Engineer to monitor and support data center physical systems, including electrical, mechanical (HVAC), and related infrastructure. You will oversee uptime, perform preventive and on-demand maintenance, and coordinate with vendors to ensure safe, compliant operations.

The role requires hands-on maintenance experience, knowledge of data center equipment, and the ability to respond to emergencies on a rotating on-call schedule.

Qualifications

• HVAC and related building systems knowledge and hands-on experience.
• Experience with data center facilities and electrical/mechanical systems.
• Familiarity with maintenance best practices and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and on-demand repairs on building systems and equipment.
• Monitor and maintain data center electrical, HVAC, UPS, and control systems.
• Supervise vendors and contractors; ensure security and compliance.
• Assist with budgets, inventory, and replacement planning.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
