Job summary

FNBO is seeking a Facility Maintenance Sr Engineer for our Omaha Data Center with a 2:00 pm–10:30 pm schedule. You will monitor and maintain electrical, mechanical (HVAC), and data center systems, perform inspections, and manage uptime of water pumps, UPS, generators, and controls.

You will respond to abnormal conditions, supervise vendors, keep documentation, and participate in budget planning and replacement plans. Strong BMCS and electrical knowledge recommended.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of work experience with HVAC, BMCS, electricity, plumbing and mechanical.
• Customer service experience in building and/or property maintenance is preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and on-demand repair of building systems, equipment, and property maintenance.
• Monitor data center systems and respond to abnormal conditions.
• Supervise vendors and contractors to ensure quality and compliance.
• Develop and manage maintenance records, work orders, and budgets.
