Nesco Resource, an established provider, is seeking a Data Center Facilities Manager in Omaha, NE. This role provides maintenance support and directs a Building Engineering team to ensure 100% availability of the data center and campus.

The position requires hands-on leadership, experience supervising direct reports, and the ability to coordinate with contractors. You will manage environmental and power systems, and support safety and compliance for 24x7 operations.

Qualifications

• 5 years of Data Center experience and 5 years in building management.
• Experience supervising direct reports and coordinating contractors.
• Strong communication and customer-service orientation required.
• Ability to read complex drawings and schematics.

Responsabilités

• Maintain 100% availability for colo data center and campus.
• Direct supervision of Building Engineers and contractors.
• Manage environmental and power systems and BMS coordination.
• Provide 24x7 on-call support for continuous operations.
• Plan staff schedules, training, and growth.
• Ensure compliance with codes, safety, and service agreements.
