Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent industry experience.
• 5+ years in data center operations or critical facilities management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience delivering onboarding or technical training in infrastructure environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level technical oversight for critical facility systems (electrical, UPS, generators, HVAC, chillers, fire/life safety, BMS).
• Review Change Requests (CRs) before Facility Manager approval for safety and risk mitigation.
• Ensure SOPs/MOPs/EOPs are followed and documented; lead RCA investigations when incidents occur.
• Coordinate maintenance activities, vendor work, and ongoing projects to maintain continuity.
• Lead and mentor LCFTs, CFTs, and CFMTs; support hiring, onboarding, and training.
• Develop and coordinate technical training programs and site drills; promote ownership and continuous improvement.
• Communicate updates and risks to leadership; support audits and regulatory readiness.
