Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
• 10+ years in data center operations or critical facilities.
• Strong leadership, risk management, and training delivery experience.
• Experience with onboarding and technical program development.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level technical oversight for all critical facility systems like electrical, UPS, generators, HVAC, and BMS.
• Review and validate Change Requests (CRs) prior to Facility Manager approval.
• Ensure all work adheres to SOPs, MOPs, EOPs, and change management procedures.
• Lead RCA investigations and coordinate post-incident actions.
• Maintain coordination between shifts and vendor activities for continuity.
• Support site drills, safety audits, and management of operational readiness.
