Job summary

QTS Data Centers seeks a Senior Development Project Manager to lead design, preconstruction and construction on campus projects. You will coordinate with facilities, contractors, designers, engineers, and operations to deliver on time and within budget.

Responsibilities include developing master development programs, managing entitlement, coordinating procurement, and presenting program updates to executives. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience required.
• 5+ years of professional experience in commercial construction
• Proficiency with MS Office (PowerPoint for updates, Excel for budgets)
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage design, preconstruction and construction activities on projects.
• Maintain updated budgets, schedules, and status reports.
• Create executive-level project status updates for decision making.
