Job summary

QTS Data Centers seeks a seasoned project manager to oversee construction projects across multiple campuses. You will manage budgets, schedules, design reviews, and commissioning to ensure alignment with QTS standards. Travel up to 50% is required.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in technology-related fields and 4–8 years of experience in technology systems. Strong communication and leadership are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Technology, Science, or Engineering.
• 4–8 years of experience in technology systems, security, or network design.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction projects across multiple campuses, overseeing budgets, schedules and status reports.
• Review design documents to ensure compliance with standards and Basis of Design.
• Verify system installations against design specifications.
• Oversee commissioning to confirm systems meet standards and design documents.
• Develop and implement multi-phased site development plans with time, budget, and quality goals.
• Update campus master plans to provide accurate forecasts.
