Job summary

Quality Technology Services, LLC is seeking a Senior Development Project Manager to lead the design, preconstruction and construction on multiple data center projects, coordinating with facilities, contractors, designers, engineers and operations staff.

You will manage budgets, schedules and executive updates, develop master development programs, and ensure timely, on-budget delivery while guiding entitlement and permitting efforts. Travel up to 25% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
• Five or more years of professional construction management experience.
• Experience with Lump Sum, CM@Risk, and Design-Build delivery methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple campus projects with updated budgets and schedules.
• Prepare monthly executive updates on development programs and project status.
• Collaborate with design and construction teams to develop campus master plans.
• Manage entitlement and permitting for site projects.
• Develop phased site plans to meet time, budget and quality targets.
