Job summary

QTS Data Centers is seeking a Senior Director of Development to lead customer deployment projects and liaise with Sales, Operations, and Property Development teams. This role emphasizes project/construction management, design, and operational requirements for mission-critical facilities.

Reporting to the Property Development department, this position requires travel up to 50% and strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills to meet high client expectations and ensure successful

Responsibilities

• Manage customer deployment project delivery for each sold deal within each QTS location.
• Coordinate with Property Development team and consultants to support design, pricing, approvals, and deployment scopes.
• Align customers’ objectives with business processes and cross-group collaboration across QTS.
• Drive client relationship management and cost management to deliver projects on time and on budget.
• Serve as single contact for Federal sales support on potential secured deals.
